We’re excited to share that our 3 buildings in Weyburn, Saskatchewan are now officially part of Amazon’s newest innovation in residential technology: Ring In. After quietly working behind the scenes since October, the system is now fully operational and we’re honoured to be part of this exclusive pilot program.

Amazon Ring In is a smart building access system designed to bring more security, efficiency, and convenience to multi-unit properties. By being one of the first to implement this technology, we’re not just staying ahead of the curve, we’re actively reshaping the tenant experience in smaller urban markets like Weyburn.

We are so excited about this system because it offers a wide range of smart, user-friendly features that benefit both tenants and property managers:

• Direct-to-door Amazon deliveries

  Secure, time-limited access allows drivers to deliver packages safely inside the building, reducing theft and missed deliveries.

• Remote unlocking

  Tenants can unlock the main entrance from anywhere using the Ring app, offering greater flexibility and control.

• Two-way audio

  Real-time communication with visitors or delivery drivers enhances security and convenience.

• Digital guest keys

  Temporary access can be granted to trusted individuals like friends, family, or service providers, with the ability to revoke access at any time.

• Centralized management portal for property staff

  Property managers can monitor building access, issue or revoke digital keys, and respond to access requests from a single dashboard.
